A fun and engaging picture matching game that teachers and parents can play with autistic children.

Matching Simple Pictures utilizes the fun of a card game and animated rewards to teach children with autism visual recognition. Matching Simple Pictures provides access to a frequently used classroom procedure to parents at home on either a tablet or computer. Customize the game to your child’s skill level by choosing the card amount and number of correct answers before rewards are achieved.

ABOUT THE CREATORS
Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University partnered with the Western Michigan University Dept. of Psychology and WoodsEdge Learning Center to create this media as part of the EPIC project. The procedure was developed and verified by Western Michigan University Graduate students and teachers. The animated stories and graphic user interface were created by KCAD Digital Media students. The Development (coding) was powered by the the KCAD Framework created by Digital Concierge.
